nitelikli üretim gerçekleştirmek isteyenlerden misiniz? KOSGEB sayesinde pek
çok alanda destek alabilir, girişimci ruhunuzu ortaya çıkartabilirsiniz. Kendi
işini kurmayı isteyen, ticaret hayatına atılmak için sabırsızlanan, yeni bir iş
ve yeni bir gelir kapısı açmak isteyen bireylerin bu planlamalarını hayata
geçirmek ve gerçekleştirmek için sadece hayal kurmaları yetmez. Bir işte
başarılı olmak için elbette öncesinde bir planlama, araştırma aşamalarından
geçmek gerekir. Bu noktada, girişimde bulunmak isteyen, yenilikçi fikirleri
olan bireylerin yardımına devlet tarafından verilen destek kredileri yetişiyor.
Bu sayede girişimcilerin hem kendisine hem de ülke ekonomisine katkı
sağlamaları için teşvikte bulunuluyor. Girişimcilerin meydana getirdiği
projeler için devletin yaptığı yardıma hibe denmektedir. Bu aşamada da devreye
KOSGEB girer.
KOSGEB Nedir?
Açılımı Küçük ve Orta Ölçekli Sanayiyi Geliştirme ve
Destekleme İdaresi Başkanlığı olan KOSGEB, girişimcileri destekleyen bir
kurumdur. Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı bünyesinde faaliyet gösteren kurum, 12
Nisan 1990 tarihinde 3624 sayılı yasa ile kurulmuştur. Yeni iş kurmak ya da
mevcut işini büyütmek isteyen girişimcilere destek sunan KOSGEB, bünyesinde
bulunan pek çok proje ile girişimci vatandaşlara destek ve hizmet vermektedir.
Türkiye’nin ekonomisine katkı sağlamakta hem de
istihdam yaratarak işsizlikle mücadelede büyük paya sahip olmaktadır. KOSGEB bu
nedenle günümüzde oldukça önemli bir projedir. Bir iş konusunda planınız ve
hayaliniz var ama bunu hayata geçirmek için yeterli sermayeniz yok. Bu noktada
girişimcileri desteklemek için ortaya çıkan içinde devletin de olduğu destek
kredileri öne çıkmaktadır.

Ekonomik kalkınmanın yanı sıra istihdam problemlerine
çözümde önemli bir faktör olan girişimciliğin desteklenerek yaygınlaştırılması
ve başarılı işletmelerin hayata geçirilmesidir.
KOBİ ve girişimcilerin rekabet güçlerini
geliştirmelerine yönelik destek ve hizmet sunmayı misyon haline getirmiş kurum,
bu sayede KOBİ’lerin sosyal ve ekonomik kalkınmadaki paylarını arttırmayı
hedeflemektedir.
KOSGEB'e Kimler Başvurabilir?
Ø 18
yaşını doldurmuş Türkiye Cumhuriyeti vatandaşları,
Ø Kurum
tarafından verilen iş kurma danışmanlığı eğitimini ya da uygulamalı olarak
verilen eğitim desteğinden faydalananlar,
Ø Kurum
tarafından üniversitede gerçekleştirilen Genç Girişimci Geliştirme Programına
katılıp mezun olanlar,
Ø İşletmesine
yeni teçhizat ve makine almak isteyenler,
Ø Personel
istihdam etmek isteyenler,
Ø Firmasının
tanıtımını yapmak isteyenler,
Ø Hem
yurt içi hem de yurt dışı fuarlara katılım sağlamak isteyenler,
Ø Personeline
eğitim verme amacı güdenler,
Ø Ar-Ge
ve inovasyon anlamında projeler üretmek ve bu projeleri hayata geçirmek
isteyenler.
Ø İŞGEM
(İş Geliştirme Merkezi) bünyesinde bulunan girişimcilerin 1 sene içerisinde
işletme kurmuş olan şahıslar bu destekten faydalanabilir.

KOSGEB Girişimci Kredisi Nedir?
KOSGEB girişimci kredisi, yeni iş yeri açmak isteyen
girişimcilere belirli şartlar altında hibe+kredi şeklinde verilebilen bir
destektir. Kendi işini kurarak kendi işinin patronu olmak isteyen kişiler, 2019
yılı ile geleneksel girişimciler için 60 bin TL hibe, ileri girişimciler için
ise 370 bin TL’ye kadar hibe desteği sağlanmaktadır.
İş Birliği Destek Programı ile ilk kez teknoloji
düzeyi yüksek KOBİ'ler büyük işletmelerle işbirliği yapmaları halinde 10 milyon
TL'ye kadar desteklenecek.
İleri Girişimci Destek Programı 3 sınıfa ayrılıyor:
1. Sınıf Düşük ve Orta Düşük Teknoloji Düzeyi: 100 bin
TL Hibe,
2. Sınıf Orta Yüksek Teknoloji Düzeyi 200 bin TL Hibe,
3. Sınıf Yüksek Teknoloji Düzeyi 300 bin TL Hibe
şeklinde sınıflandırılıyor.

not enough for individuals who want to start their own business, who are
impatient to start a business life, who want to open a new business and a new
income door, just to dream and realize their plans. Of course, in order to be
successful in a job, it is necessary to go through the stages of planning and
research. At this point, the support loans given by the state to the help of
individuals with innovative ideas who want to venture. In this way,

WHAT IS KOSGEB?
KOSGEB, which
stands for Small and Medium-Sized Industry Development and Support
Administration, is an institution that supports entrepreneurs. Operating under
the Ministry of Industry and Technology, the institution was established on
April 12, 1990 with the law numbered 3624. Providing support to entrepreneurs
who want to start a new business or expand their existing business, KOSGEB
provides support and service to entrepreneurial citizens with many projects
within its body.
It contributes to
Turkey's economy and has a large share in the fight against unemployment by
creating employment. This is why KOSGEB is a very important project today. You

realize it. At this point, support loans, including the government, come to the
fore to support entrepreneurs.

KOSGEB Entrepreneur Loan?
KOSGEB
entrepreneur loan is a support that can be given to entrepreneurs who want to
open a new business in the form of grant + loan under certain conditions. For
those who want to be their own boss by starting their own business, a grant of
60 thousand TL is provided for traditional entrepreneurs and up to 370 thousand
TL for advanced entrepreneurs in 2019.
With the
Cooperation Support Program, for the first time, SMEs with high technology will
be supported up to 10 million TL if they cooperate with large enterprises.
The Advanced
Entrepreneur Support Program is divided into 3 classes:
1st Class Low and
Medium Low Technology Level: 100 thousand TL Grant,
2nd Class Medium
High Technology Level 200 thousand TL Grant,
Class 3 High
Technology Level is classified as 300 thousand TL Grant.
